Post fitting Verification on all Beltone HA fittings, using Digital Speech Mapping

Products

Most hearing instruments use computer technology today. Hearing test results are entered into a computer with special "fitting" software. The hearing care practitioner then uses the computer to adjust the hearing instrument for each user's individual needs. These hearing instruments are called "digitally programmable" or simply "programmable". Beltone offers several circuits using "digitally programmable" technology.

CSP II-P Circuit

With the CSP II-P circuit in your hearing instrument more amplification is provided for soft sounds and less amplification is provided as sounds become louder. Beltone's goal is to enable you to hear the soft sounds in almost any listening situation without having loud sounds become overwhelmingly loud. This circuit splits sounds into two levels or bands, one for high-pitched sounds, and one for low-pitched sounds. This circuit is designed so that within each of these bands the sound is changed independently, automatically adjusting to a volume level based on your specific preferences. The CSP II-P circuit is available in all Beltone hearing instrument models.

K-Amp P Circuit

You know what sounds best to you, so we let you take part in creating the listening experience you desire. Beltone's digitally programmable K-Amp features six separate controls that can be fine-tuned to your liking while you're wearing the hearing instrument. The result is an instrument tailored to your hearing needs and preferences. This circuit automatically adjusts to keep sounds in your comfortable listening range. The K-Amp circuit is available in all Beltone hearing instrument models.

Linear-P Circuit

Beltone's Linear-P features five different controls that can be fine-tuned to your liking while you're wearing it. You help create a listening experience that works for you. The result is a hearing instrument tailored to your unique hearing needs.

Benefits of hearing instruments vary by type and degree of hearing loss, noise environment, accuracy of hearing evaluation and proper fit.

K-Amp is a registered trademark of Etymotic Research.
