Two-Year Hearing Loss Change Protection

This plan provides for one free exchange to a like Beltone brand instrument of the same circuit, model and family as originally purchased, but with more appropriate output and gain in the event of a permanent measurable sensorineural hearing loss of at least 15 decibels (calculated by averaging the measured loss at 500, 1,000 and 2,000 Hz) compared to the hearing loss as recorded when the original instrument was purchased. The replacement instrument must be approved by Beltone's Audiological Services Department.
