Prior to a commitment of purchase, the Beltone Hearing Care Practitioner will discuss realistic expectations of physical fit, comfort, and adjustment to amplification.

The benefits and limitations of amplification appropriate to each patient's hearing loss will be explained prior to the sale of the hearing instrument(s). The patient will receive written information to support this discussion for their review.
